I’m John, founder and Chief Stewardship Officer of NYC Borough Pass. As a travel professional and native of The Bronx, I’ve always wanted to share the amazing experiences that I’ve come across throughout my life. The long walks where the journey becomes the destination. The mom-and-pop shops you can’t find anywhere else. Block parties, street fairs and museums that reveal and celebrate our diversity. Pick-up hoops anywhere and everywhere. Salsa ballads lullaby-ing through my window on summer nights. Nothing against Times Square and the High Line but there’s a whole world of culture, fun and straight up dopeness throughout the neighborhoods and communities that make up New York City.

NYCBP helps people to move throughout our City, harnessing the social and economic impact of sustainable cultural travel to benefit local communities while celebrating New York City's diversity, vibrancy and singular individuality.
10% of all net profit from pass sales is allocated to two projects. 5% will be used to develop a scholarship for NYC HS graduates seeking to pursue a career in hospitality. The remaining 5% will be placed in a supplier development to aid in operation of experiences included in the NYC Borough Pass.

As we celebrate the diverse cultures and communities within New York City, we acknowledge that the land on which this vibrant city stands is the traditional territory of the Lenape people, known as the Lenapehoking. We pay our respects to their ancestors, both past and present, and recognize their enduring connection to this land.
The Lenape have left a profound legacy on this land. We honor their indigenous knowledge, traditions, and contributions to the city's rich cultural tapestry. NYC Borough Pass is committed to fostering inclusivity, diversity, and equity in our work and interactions, and we strive to be mindful of the history and heritage of the First Nations people, particularly the Lenape, in all that we do.
