What is NYC Borough Pass?

The New York City Borough Pass is the sightseeing pass for the cultural traveler. The Pass can be purchased in 1-, 3-, 7- and 90-day versions and provides entry and discounts to local NYC attractions and experiences. It is designed to help Pass holders explore the neighborhoods, cultures and history of The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island.

How many experiences am I allowed to visit?

With NYC Borough Pass you can enjoy as many experiences as you have the time to visit within the duration of your 1-, 3-, 7-, or 90-day Pass.

Can I visit the same experience more than once?

No, Passes are only valid at each experience once.

Where can I purchase my Passes?

Your Pass can be purchased on our Buy Pass page. Just a few clicks and you’re ready to start exploring!

Do I have to make reservations for every experience?

Most of our experiences do not require reservations. When you arrive at the experience, you will be given the next available entry time. Some tours require a reservation due to limited capacities. Please refer to the individual experience pages on our website for specific booking requirements for individual experiences. Note - Making a reservation will not activate your Pass. Your Pass must still be valid when you arrive. Expired Passes will not be accepted.

Do you offer promotions and discounts?

We have already worked with our experiences to provide a deeply discounted Pass. We do not currently offer additional promotions and discounts (veterans, students, etc.).

How do I activate my Pass from NYCBP?

Your Pass becomes activated the first time it is redeemed for admission and will last for the duration you have chosen.

I have paid but have not received my confirmation email. What should I do?

Please make sure to check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate your Pass, you may request a new Pass link through this online portal.

What happens if I lose the link to my Pass?

Go here to request a new link to your Pass. *All we need is the email address you used during checkout. A new link will immediately be sent by email and text message.

How far in advance can I buy a Pass?

You can purchase your Pass up to one year in advance of its activation. Your first redemption must be made within 365 days of purchase.

How do I use my Pass at an experience?

When visiting a participating business, simply present your phone to the attendant or staff member to redeem admission. For performing arts venues, redeem your discount code at the link provided to receive your savings.

Does NYC Borough Pass offer child passes or discounts?

We do not offer child passes or discounts. Each experience has a variety of age requirements and price points for child tickets, so it is important to check with each venue for guidance if you are accompanied by a child.
